Our Expertise Hub serves as a central resource for professionals involved in correctional education. This platform offers access to key strategies, tools, and best practices for establishing and managing Centres of Vocational Excellence (CoVEs) within the correctional system. It also provides resources for identifying training needs, developing capacity-building interventions, and creating a comprehensive Skills Blueprint tailored to the correctional sector. Enhanced Project Management
Development of comprehensive tools such as a Project Management Handbook and Quality Assurance Plan to guide project execution and ensure quality.
Thorough Needs Analysis
Collection and analysis of data from surveys, interviews, and DACUM workshops, resulting in detailed reports that inform policy and best practices.
Innovative Training Resources
Creation of a curriculum framework, online learning platform, and virtual simulations tailored to the needs of vocational education within the correctional system.
Certification and Recognition
Establishment of a certification framework and recognition of learning experiences to validate the skills acquired by practitioners.
Cohort-Based Training Programs
Implementation of structured training programs with comprehensive support materials, mentoring frameworks, and impact evaluation reports.
Strategic Dissemination and Exploitation
Development and distribution of dissemination and exploitation plans, toolkits, and a Transferability Kit to ensure the project’s impact is maximized and its methodologies are widely adopted across Europe.
