Brainlog
Brief Description of the Organization
BrainLog is a nonprofit organization focused on lifelong learning and adult education, with an emphasis on career development. With extensive experience, BrainLog has implemented numerous projects within the correctional system, supporting the career growth of prison staff. By providing tailored educational programs and resources, BrainLog empowers correctional employees to enhance their skills and advance their careers, contributing effectively to inmate rehabilitation and management.
Brief Description of the Role in the Project
BrainLog will play an essential role across all Work Packages. In WP1, BrainLog will contribute to project management, coordination, quality assurance, and evaluation. WP2 involves developing a European ecosystem of correctional skills for staff aiding offender reintegration. BrainLog will lead WP3 in Denmark, establishing vocational centers of excellence. BrainLog will assist in delivering learning pathways and career guidance (WP4) and handle dissemination activities (WP5).

Brief Description of the Organization
The Danish Prison Officers Union works to improve working conditions for the prison officers in the Danish Prison and Probation Service. The union represents prison officers, transport officers, institutional employees, foremen and uniformed leaders at approximately 70 facilities in Denmark, The Faroe Islands and Greenland. In addition, the union represents fisheries inspectors in the fisheries board. Our main office is located in Copenhagen.

We contribute knowledge about the challenges in the job as a prison officer in Denmark, which can hopefully help strengthen the project's goals.

Bremen Senate of Justice and Constitution
Brief Description of the Organization
The BMOJ is responsible for the area of justice as the highest state authority. Department 4 is accountably for the official and technical supervision of the Bremen Prison Service and the Social Services of the Judiciary, legislation and sub-legal regulations on the prison system, cooperation with the independent providers of offender support, submissions and petitions from prisoners, offender training, criminological service and, finally, the training of prison staff.
Brief Description of the Role in the Project
The BMOJ can support PROMOTE's interaction with prison staff in the broader sense (such as the social services of the justice system) and provide an interface for correspondence with experts in the areas in which PROMOTE is active. At the same time, it can acquire the persons to be trained. It also provides an internal administrative interface for correspondence with other German authorities that may be important for the work of the PROMOTE project.

Interchange Non-Profit gUG is an organisation working in the areas of education and research, based in Bremen, Germany. Our teams actively build and sustain communities of practice and learning in justice and desistance related fields, providing opportunities to bring key stakeholders together to learn from and with local and European colleagues.
Brief Description of the Role in the Project
In PROMOTE, Interchange works closely with the Bremen Ministry of Justice and Constitution to provide more opportunities for local actors in the Federal State of Bremen prison and probation landscape together. Each of the 16 Federal German States has their own ministry of justice, so Interchange will also play a role in supporting exchange with justice professionals from outside of Bremen.

As the lead for WP5 on Dissemination and Exploitation, we ensure the project's results are communicated and leveraged across Europe. We coordinate a comprehensive dissemination strategy, create and distribute promotional materials, and organize key events. We also develop a Transferability Kit for replicating best practices and establish a central platform for sharing knowledge in vocational excellence. Our work ensures the long-term sustainability and impact of the project's outcomes.

Whilst contributing to all the activities and tasks, CEIPES ETS will be coordinating the implementation of the WP4 - Delivering learning pathways and career guidance. This WP foresees the delivery of the contents and materials created in the previous WPs in the CoVE which will be set in each of the participating countries.

SkillLab contributes as a technology-focused expert on skills assessment and skills taxonomies, such as ESCO. SkillLab will especially support the development of new occupational profiles, as well as the establishment of certification concepts and mechanisms for assessing and validating the skills and competencies of learners in the correctional system.

IPS is the leader of WP2, which is focused on collecting data regarding professional profiles of people who work with inmates inside and outside the prison (through DACUM workshops, survey and interviews), identify best practices, develop and skills ecosystem map, deliver national adaptation workshops, conduct a policy review, develop updated professional profiles, according to ESCO, and devise recommendations and guidelines for improving skills development and career guidance in the sector.

Penitenciarul Timisoara
Brief Description of the Organization
Located in the center of the city, the Timișoara Penitentiary is a unit dedicated to holding convicts with sentences of up to 3 years, classified as open, semi-open and remand prisoners. In the Timișoara Penitentiary, a number of 1006 adult prisoners are serving their custodial sentences, engaged in various types of activities that facilitate their proper reintegration into society.
Brief Description of the Role in the Project
The coordinator's role in the project is to manage daily project issues, produce reports and plans, and coordinate and monitor activities with partnership members concerning the project's content. The coordinator acts as the intermediary for all communications between the consortium and the funding authority, ensuring proper implementation of actions, and distributes payments received from the funding authority to other beneficiaries without delegating these tasks to others.

Work Package 1, which encompasses the quality assurance process, is supervised by the experienced Quality Assurance Partner, P02: CPIP RO: management, communication, deliverables, project results, and more.
Work Package 3 is led by P02: CPIP RO. This package addresses the key objectives of the project by focusing on the development of Centers of Vocational Excellence in Correctional Skills.

The University of Valladolid is distinguished by its prestige in teaching and research, as well as in continuing education. The Q-ESE research group and the Observatory for the Validation of Professional Competences (Observal) have as their lines of research the recognition of professional competences acquired through experience and non-formal training, focusing on adult learning and transversal competences.
Brief Description of the Role in the Project
The University of Valladolid (Uva) hosts the consortium for the first TPM of the project. In WP2, it will conduct a DACUM workshop, interviews, and questionnaires for prison professionals, and contribute to the policy recommendations document. In WP3, Uva will develop the curriculum for student training and establish the certification mechanism, which is its primary role. Additionally, Uva will support the implementation and enhancement of other project activities.

Ege University Institute on Drug Abuse, Toxicology and Pharmaceutical Science is the one of the academic partners of the PROMOTE Project that is mainly responsible for implementing a DACUM and a National Adaptation Workshop, Participatory Research, Setting up the Centers of Vocational Excellence-CoVE at Ege University in Izmir/Türkiye for professionals working with convicted persons from different sectors by ensuring a governance structure aligned with industry standards and best practices.
